Vodafone’s support for those affected by the floods in Libya

All at Vodafone offer our deepest sympathies and condolences to those impacted by the flooding in Libya.
Some of our markets are offering support to customers and employees who have been affected by this tragedy. These include:
- Vodafone Egypt: Free calls and texts from customers to friends and family in Libya, as well as roaming services (calls and texts) for any customers who remain in Libya, until 15September.
- Vodafone Germany: Free voice calls, texts and data for customers in Libya, as well as free calls and texts to Libya, until 30 September.
- Vodafone Italy: 1000 mins of international calls to Libya for Libyan customers for one month, as well as roaming in Libya included into domestic plans for seven days.
- Vodafone Portugal: Zero rated roaming in Libya until 18 September.
- Vodafone UK: Crediting calls and texts from customers to friends and family in Libya, as well as crediting calls, texts and data used by customers in the country, until 19th September.
