Vodafone’s support for customers affected by the earthquake in Morocco

All at Vodafone offer our deepest sympathies and condolences to those impacted by the tragic earthquake in Morocco.
Some of our markets are offering support to customers and employees who have been affected by this tragedy. These include:
- Vodafone Germany: Free voice calls and texts for customers into and from Morocco, as well as zero-rated mobile data used in the country, until 16th September. Extra holidays will also be granted to employees with relatives in Morocco who have been affected.
- Vodafone Italy: Free international roaming to 4,000 customers currently located in Morocco.
- Vodafone Portugal: Free voice calls and texts for customers currently located in Morocco, until 17th September.
- Vodafone Spain: Free voice calls and texts to Morocco, as well as free roaming in the country, until 12th September.
- Vodafone UK: Crediting calls and texts from customers to friends and family in Morocco, as well as crediting calls, texts and data used by customers in the country, until 16th September.
- Vodafone Ziggo (Netherlands): Free voice calls (fixed and mobile) and texts for customers into and from Morocco, as well as zero-rated mobile data used in the country, until 16th September.

Vodafone Foundation has also offered its support via the Instant Network Emergency Response team, which remains on standby.
