The chatbot, powered by IBM’s world-class technology, responds to queries with fast, intelligent and friendly answers. TOBi understands over 90% of our customer needs, can give complex answers, and even makes necessary account changes.
Where we're heading with AI
We're on an ambitious journey to drive future enhancements in customer service and operations using AI. Developments include tools that will spot manufacturing errors early to prevent injuries, reduce our emissions with smart energy-saving networks, and add voice functionality to enhance our chatbot.
We're also growing our partnerships to develop and integrate GenAI tools. For example, we're growing our long-standing collaboration with Google Cloud to include applications such as AI-automated documentation to streamline our engineering processes, plus machine learning that accelerates product launches.
