We've scaled assets and strong brands in these markets. And we’ve improved customer satisfaction and grown organic revenue, driven by digital services and public sector projects. Now, we'll consolidate further and build a lead in fast-growing B2B segments. In Türkiye, we'll keep building on our successes with digital, data, and e-commerce opportunities.

Vodafone to acquire Telekom Romania assets.
Vodafone Romania S.A ("Vodafone") and Digi Romania S.A ("Digi") have today entered into binding agreements with Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE") to acquire separate parts of OTE’s subsidiary, Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A ("TKRM").
