Delivering inclusion
We aim to enhance digital inclusion by increasing mobile broadband coverage and access to devices and data for every individual and business, leaving no one behind. For example, in our African markets, our solutions create opportunities for customers via multi-channel access to financial services. In FY25, we reached our financial inclusion target of connecting 75 million customers to financial inclusion services by 2026, one year early.

We strive to provide the products and services that help individuals and businesses achieve their potential. Many SMEs struggle to access the resources they need to compete in an increasingly digital market. Our tailored services, such as skills and advisory platform V-Hub, offer resources and guidance that help them drive innovation, efficiency, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
Setting ambitious goals
To expand our network to rural communities, our target is to reach over 95% 5G standalone geographic coverage by 2030, and 99% by 2034.
To enhance gender equality, we aim to increase the women we have in management roles to 40% by 2030 in Europe and Africa.
