e-Invoicing
Our Taulia eInvoicing solution enables you to submit invoices electronically in real time, track their progress, and request early payment via Supply Chain Financing.

Invoices
The easiest and quickest way to send your invoices to Vodafone Ltd. is to use our eInvoicing solution, Taulia. Click on the eInvoicing tab for more information. If you’re unable to use Taulia, please make sure that:
- Your invoices and credit notes are addressed to Vodafone Ltd, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN and, where applicable, clearly quote a valid purchase order number
- That you email them to us, as a pdf attachment, using invoices.uk@vodafone.com – please use one attachment per invoice, and please note that this email address can’t be used for queries/correspondence
VGSL & VSSL External Workforce Privacy Statement
In accordance with GDPR requirements, Supplier shall ensure all personnel provided to Vodafone Group Services Limited (VGSL) and Vodafone Sales and Services Limited (VSSL) to deliver services as outlined in a relevant Services Agreement, are provided with the Privacy Statement as set out in External Workforce Privacy Statement if they have access to Vodafone systems, corporate network, premises, or share their personal or role information (such as name, address, personal email address, telephone number, emergency contact details, proof of identity, identification number, role title, job description) with Vodafone . The VGSL/VSSL Privacy Statement shall be provided to allocated personnel prior to the commencement of the Services and be made available on request. Upon VGSL/VSSL request, the supplier shall provide evidence to demonstrate compliance with the requirement.
