Totohealth, a partnership between Lamu county and Safaricom Foundation under the Afya Uzazi Salama programme in Kenya, is a mobile app and communication platform for mothers and their caregivers at a community level. It uses SMS and voice technology to help reduce maternal and child mortality, and detect developmental abnormalities in the early stages.
