Vodafone Foundation’s Hi Digital programme is a free, step-by-step guide helping people, especially those aged 65+, build digital skills and confidence, including those who have rarely or never been online.

It’s available in Czechia, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania and the UK.

In Ireland, Hi Digital expanded into Vodafone stores through weekly Drop‑In Fridays, offering free, personalised support with phones and tablets.

In Czechia, Vodafone teams hosted hands‑on Hi Digital workshops, helping older people strengthen their online safety and cyber security skills.

And it’s not just the older generation we’re supporting. Families need help too.   Across our footprint, we’re helping parents make better, more informed decisions with tools like parental controls.

In the UK, the TRUST toolkit, created with NSPCC, helps families navigate a child’s first phone safely.

In Albania, our Digital Parenting events bring families and teachers together to understand the digital world.

In short:

We’re not just a network provider.  We’re helping communities connect with peace of mind, confidence and care.
