Vodafone Group today announced that Omid Kordestani has notified Vodafone of his intention to stand down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2014 in order to focus full-time on his executive responsibilities with Google, Inc. in the United States.
Vodafone Group Chairman Gerard Kleisterlee said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Omid for his valued contribution to Vodafone since he joined the Company. We wish him all the best for the future.”
