Deborah is Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, where she serves as co-head of Value Creation. Deborah has previously held senior executive roles and non-executive appointments across a range of sectors, including senior executive roles at Sabre, the travel technology company, Fair Isaac Corp, the data analytics business, and Hewlett-Packard Company, where she was Chief Technology Officer for HP’s Enterprise Services operations. Until recently, Deborah was also a non-executive director of EXLservice Holdings Inc, the business process solutions company and Chico’s FAS, Inc. Deborah has also held non-executive roles at International Airline Group, the airline conglomerate, DH Corporation, a global FinTech solutions and service provider, and Mitchell International Inc, a privately owned global technology business.
Deborah holds a BA degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and a MS degree in Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University.
