We are pleased to announce that the Vodafone Business overall rating was positive in the 2020 Gartner Vendor Rating – Vodafone report for a fourth consecutive year.
According to Gartner, potential customers should consider a vendor with a positive rating as a viable choice for strategic or tactical investments, while planning for known limitations.
The Gartner Vendor Rating provides global organisations with an overall view of how a provider's offerings and strategic direction align with its business objectives. It delivers a holistic view to help clients ensure they have a balanced provider portfolio.
The Vodafone Business portfolio spans fixed and mobile connectivity, unified communications as a service, the internet of things, cloud, hosting, security and professional services.
The evaluation was based on an assessment of product/service, support/account management, pricing structure, technology/methodology, strategy, and corporate viability.
Vodafone Business CEO, Vinod Kumar said:
I think this is clear recognition our transformation is working and that we are well positioned to help our customers achieve their business goals. We continue to focus on delivering next generation connectivity for large enterprises, making IoT easy to adopt for every business and being the trusted partner for SMEs on their digital journey. Ensuring our customers are successful is at the heart of what we strive to do every day.
