A world-leading precision engineering company has been providing services and equipment for different companies around the world since 1993. They offer speciality, decorative and functional surface-finishing and electroplating solutions to printed circuit boards manufacturers and industries like automotive, construction and furniture. The company has manufacturing, technology, sales and service centres in over 40 countries and owns around 2,100 patents. They need to run all their sites seamlessly to prevent any delays in their processes.

The customer wanted a new solution that would optimise their WAN and voice service costs, support cloud adoption, re-use existing Internet access services, and introduce IP voice, hosted in the cloud. This gave them better network connectivity, optimised network usage and full visibility and control of all their sites.
