Vodafone has been named a Visionary by Gartner in its 2021 Magic Quadrant for Managed Mobility Services, Global, for the eighth time.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors on their Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute. Gartner says, “Visionaries understand where the market is going or have a vision for changing market rules, but do not yet execute well.”
Over the last 12 months, we’ve moved quickly to help companies of all sizes and in all industries continue to function during what has been a challenging period.
We believe this position reflects the progress we’ve made during this time and recognises:
Our continued growth. With more than 625 million mobile customers globally and €10 billion in business revenue, we have responded well to changing customer needs over the last year, securing the foundations for continued growth.
Our commitment to innovation. With 5G now available in 247 locations, this new technology underpins our managed mobility strategy.
Our global scale. Working with our partners, and our 93,000 employees we have a presence in 67 countries, across every region.
The speed and agility with which we react to the market. For example, our new Vodafone Remote Working Solutions offering took just four months to launch from concept extending our Device as a Service proposition to include a laptop and home office equipment (DLM office).
Our responsiveness to customers’ needs. Rapidly enhancing the scope of our managed mobility solutions, supporting users in more countries, adding new devices (e.g. rugged devices and laptops) and adding to our security and managed service product range.
The continued improvements we’re delivering in customer service. Which is reflected in our improved Net Promoter Score (NPS).
How we’ve made it easier for customers to work with us. By increasing the automation and digitalisation of our processes, from ordering through to customer support.
