Identifying who is calling

Many people distrust anonymous calls but readily admit to missing important ones. With CallerID, Vodafone has launched a service that allows companies to display their company name when calling Vodafone VoLTE customers. This not only creates trust and increases the willingness of the person called to accept the call, but also the companies can increase sales as a result of higher pick-up rate.

What makes it special is that CallerID is a network-based solution that does not require an additional app on smartphones to process and display the information. The solution makes use of our NaaP API which exposes call notifications about different call related events triggered by the Network.
