Group Enterprise Technology Director

Scott was appointed Vodafone Group Enterprise Technology Director in February 2015, leading Enterprise Products and Services, Group Technology Enterprise Solutions, Group IT Delivery, and Americas Technology delivery. In this role, Scott is responsible for defining and delivering the Enterprise Technology strategy and managing the end-to-end accountability of technology delivery and performance for enterprise customers. Working closely with Vodafone local markets, Scott and his team are focused on delivering differentiated customer experience across the key priority areas underpinned by world-class service and IT:

Unified Communications - ensuring that Vodafone becomes a total communications provider for Small and Medium Businesses as well as National and Multi-National Corporate;
Internet of Things - Building market-leading Machine-to-Machine Enterprise and Consumer Electronics solutions;
Enterprise Mobility - strengthening Vodafone’s market leadership position and building a portfolio of solutions to differentiate as an assured connectivity provider;
Fixed Connectivity - Leveraging Vodafone’s global and local network assets and capabilities to deliver market leading fixed connectivity solutions across the Enterprise customer base

World Class Service delivery: establishing global enterprise delivery capability and ensuring project delivery success for Vodafone’s largest customers.

Scott joined Vodafone in 2009 as Business Products and Services Director and was appointed Group Technology Enterprise Products and Services Director in 2012 where he led the product development across connectivity, M2M and converged communications. During this time, Vodafone established itself as a leader in hosted converged communications and M2M.

Before joining Vodafone, he ran the Services Division for Dimension Data, the global IT Systems Integrator. It was this role that brought him from his native Australia to the UK. During his four year tenure, his team grew service revenues from $US 800M to $US1.5Bn at an AGR of 20% while holding cost growth at just 10% per annum. In total, he enjoyed 18 years with Dimension Data – always in Services and Technical roles.
