Pinar leads Human Resources for Vodafone Business, the team responsible for retaining our people, fostering a culture of success and providing a talent blueprint for the future.
With a background in both pharmaceutical and telecommunications Pinar specialises in talent development, change management, leadership development and employee brand engagement.
Pinar joined Vodafone in 2012 and was Human Resources Director in Turkey until 2018, where she led a number of projects on organisational effectiveness, career development, HR analytics and organisational change.
Pinar is a member of the Vodafone Group Senior Leadership Team and holds a number of board positions within Vodafone Group.
Pinar began her career in investment consultancy Merrill Lynch US, with subsequent roles in London, Istanbul and Paris as part of Bristol Myers Squibb. She holds an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting Change at INSEAD University, Fontainebleau.
Pinar joined Vodafone Business in July 2018 as HR Director, returning to London with her husband and three children.
