Pinar Yemez holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine as well as an Executive Master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting Change at INSEAD University, Fontainebleau. With a background in pharmaceuticals and telecommunications industries, she is specialised in talent development and management, change management, leadership development, organizational culture development, employer brand employee engagement.
She started her Professional career in Investment Consultancy in Merrill Lynch US and then returned to Turkey to join Bristol Myers Squibb where she held Finance Treasury Manager and Human Resources Director roles. Subsequently she moved to London as UK Human Resources Director and then to Paris as Europe Human Resources Operations Director and finally, she held Europe Talent Management and Acquisition Director role.
Pinar joined Vodafone in 2012 and was Vodafone Turkey Human Resources Director between 2012 and 2018 where she led numerous diverse projects on organizational effectiveness, career development, HR Analytics, employee engagement and motivation, leadership development, team effectiveness and employer brand to drive organizational and cultural change.
Since July 2018, she is Group HR Director for Vodafone Business. Pinar is married and has two sons and a daughter.
