Create your own routing maps using an intuitive, drag-and-drop call flow editor, letting you choose on what day and at what time location-specific incoming calls are routed to different agents. It’s possible to configure call flows to allow your employees to serve multiple geographies with just one number: incoming calls from multiple countries can be routed to a single person.

With historical calling reports also available on the portal, you can make the right data-driven decisions to optimise your call flows and ensure you’re delivering the optimal employee and customer experience.
