How we helped Aviva

The multinational insurance organisation consolidated 12 networks into one

Reduced technical complexity

As a result of organic growth and acquisition, Aviva had seven major legacy data networks and five smaller ones, in total supporting 60,000 network ports. These networks fragmented Aviva's communications, because each it's own support model. The result was it made delivering a consistent service difficult. And, the networks began failing to support some applications and services. each with its own support model, made it difficult for Aviva to deliver consistent service levels to its users. And it stopped the network from supporting some of the applications and services Aviva wanted to use it for.
