Maximise the benefits of mobile services in times of business disruption

The value of enterprise mobility is clear. Forrester’s research shows that mobile-enabled employees are better engaged and more productive than employees who don't use mobile at all (Source: “Goodbye Desktop Engineering, Hello Digital Experience Architect”, December 18, 2019).

Now, with the spread of COVID-19 and the extensive shift towards remote working the opportunity to drive business outcomes through mobile services is even more important. More than ever employees need their mobile technologies to be easy, helpful and engaging.

With a strong understanding of the key factors in building a robust mobility strategy – as well as of the benefits of integrating mobile into other enterprise technologies – organisations can help their employees stay as productive, engaged and innovative as they can be while working away from the office.

Guest speaker Andrew Hewitt, Analyst at Forrester, joins Peter Terry-Brown, Unified Communications, Connectivity & Mobility Director at Vodafone Business, to discuss:

  • How COVID-19 is changing employee expectations around mobility
  • The role that mobile services are playing in helping organisations return to work, restart and rebuild for the future
  • Key considerations when building a future-proof mobility strategy

As we adapt to new ways of working through COVID-19, we all face new challenges. Together Ready is a new series of content from Vodafone Business looking at how organisations can use technology in clever ways to keep people safe and services running, and share experiences during these times of rapid change.
