Vodafone positioned as a "Leader" in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed IoT Connectivity Services

Vodafone is recognized as a Leader for the seventh time running

16 Mar 2021

Vodafone has been acknowledged by Gartner as a "leader" in the 2021 Magic Quadrant for IoT Connectivity Services for the seventh consecutive time.

Gartner defines a Leader in the Magic Quadrant as a company that “executes well against their current vision and is well positioned for tomorrow” based on its strategy and operations.

The 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed IoT Connectivity Services, assesses 18 organizations. Of these, Vodafone is placed highest for “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”.

Erik Brenneis, Vodafone Business IoT director said: “Over the past 12 months, we have heard from thousands of customers who told us IoT has helped them become more resilient, flexible and maintain business continuity during this time of disruption.

“But it goes much further than this. IoT is helping companies innovate and drive profitable growth. We see customers using IoT to access untapped data and drive strategic thinking, adopt new business models, and improve customer experience. Companies are using IoT technology to fundamentally improve their efficiency and agility as well as reducing their environmental impact.”
