Vodafone Business today announced the launch of its business boosting packages designed to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Europe on their digital journeys. These packages are available initially in the UK, Italy and Spain, with additional markets in Europe to follow in the coming months.
The business boosting packages bring together a range of tools that enable SMEs to create or improve their online presence, reach new customers and overcome the challenges they face to achieve their growth ambitions.
The solutions and support are aimed at small business owners who want to or have recently embraced digital technologies and have ambitions to reach a wider audience and grow revenue but need some extra guidance to get there.
Vinod Kumar, Chief Executive, Vodafone Business said: “The success of every economy relies upon the success of its SMEs. They are the beating heart of Europe, driving economic growth and success across the continent.
“Together we can enable small businesses to benefit from the right tools, skills and support they need to digitally transform, quickly and confidently. These packages are designed to provide the technical building blocks for success as well as the advice needed to use them well.”
The business boosting packages were launched at Vodafone Business’ week-long event aimed at SMEs. #ThoseWhoDare, has brought together thirty visionary entrepreneurs, leaders and partners to share their daring stories to help inspire Europe’s small-and-medium-sized businesses.

More than 1.2 million European businesses are now using the V-Hub knowledge centre, which provides access to online guides, videos and webinars, and a chat and phone service putting businesses directly in touch with experts about specific questions, while ensuring the content caters to different levels of technical understanding.
The Vodafone Business boosting packages are the latest initiative following the launch of Vodafone’s new brand positioning – ‘Together We Can’ – demonstrating Vodafone’s belief that the partnership between technology and society can build a better future.

Vodafone is also donating Facebook advertising to jobseekers in some markets, helping them to promote their profiles using Facebook banner advertising to reach hiring managers.
In January 2021, Vodafone announced that the Vodafone Foundation will invest a further €20 million over the next five years to expand Foundation digital skills and education programmes by funding local initiatives in sixteen Vodafone markets. This investment is expected to reach 16 million learners by 2025.
