Leading Industry analyst firm, Frost & Sullivan, names Vodafone 2017 European Cloud Communications and Contact Centers Company of the Year.
We have been recognised as company of the year by Frost & Sullivan for our “visionary strategy and effective execution” and for demonstrating excellence in growth, innovation, and leadership. Frost & Sullivan cited Vodafone’s broad solutions portfolio and compelling functionality delivered at competitive price points.

“For the second consecutive year, Vodafone has earned Frost & Sullivan’s Company of the Year award for its considerable accomplishments in the European cloud communications and contact centers market. Factors that have contributed to Vodafone’s success include: ability to address unmet market needs; development of visionary scenarios based on in-depth understanding of mega trends; strong financial performance; price/performance value; superior customer purchase experience; and brand equity.”
Vodafone was assessed using Frost & Sullivan’s customised Decision Support Scorecard – a method that benchmarks the company against competitors in two key areas Visionary Innovation & Performance and Customer Impact. Vodafone outclassed its competitors in both performance areas and emerged as the clear leader overall.
