1. Personal information submitted by applicants may be processed by the Vodafone Foundation. Applicants agree that the personal information provided in the course of submitting an application will be processed for the purposes of evaluating applications and selecting successful applicants.
2. Successful applicants will be required to participate in publicity and reporting related to World of Difference. They must consent to the use of any personal information supplied to the Vodafone Foundation including applications, updates and reports (including written, audio and visual forms), photos, videos or personal details and the use of their voice and image (whether obtained from the successful applicant's entry, interviews, reports, updates or otherwise) for that purpose, and must agree to paragraphs 17 and 18 of the terms and conditions.
Except as set out above, personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties.
I agree (a) that if my application is successful I will participate in publicity and reporting related to World of Difference as required by the Vodafone Foundation, and (b) to the use of my personal information as set out in the Privacy Statement.
