Ethical purchasing policy
It is the policy of the Board of Vodafone Group Plc that local operating companies should only deal with suppliers of goods or services that comply with Vodafone’s ethical standards. These ethical standards will form the Code of Ethical Purchasing ("CEP"). It is each supplier’s responsibility to establish procedures to comply with this code. Breaching the CEP will result in an immediate termination of the relationship or in a detailed corrective action plan to be agreed with the supplier.
