Charitable Donations Policy
This policy applies to
All employees who need guidance on how VGPlc and its group companies give financial contributions for charitable purposes. Sponsorship activities and employee time off for charitable work are not covered by this policy.

- To set out clear guidance as to how any form of charitable contribution – financially or by other ways – should be conducted.
The policy
It is the policy of the Board of Vodafone Group Plc that any donation for charitable purposes is entirely performed through the Vodafone Group Foundation or any local Vodafone Foundation which will be established in each country where there is a controlled Vodafone subsidiary. Each Local Foundation will be initiated by the major subsidiary in the country concerned. Local foundations will be funded by the Operating Company and the Vodafone Group Foundation.
