All Employees in Vodafone subsidiaries and Joint Ventures with an interest of 50% or more.
Policy objectives
- To implement clear principles in respect of remuneration, incentives, employee share schemes and retirement provision.
The policy
It is the policy of the Board of Vodafone Group Plc in order to comply with local legal requirements to establish clear terms and conditions for the circumstances and occasions when employees will receive certain benefits.
It is the responsibility of each Local Company Chief Executive Officer to put in place measures and procedures and communicate them appropriately to ensure the above objectives are met.
