• The former phone and fax numbers, with the format "021302 XXXX" will be replaced by the new numbers, having the format"037202 XXXX"
• The Customers Service short numbers, *222 and *221, will remain the same

Vodafone Romania will use its own fixed range, with the prefix "0372", for the company phone and fax numbers. Thus, starting March 17, 2008, the old fixed contact numbers, having the "021302 XXXX" format, will take the new format "037202 XXXX".

The former contact numbers can be used alternatively for the next 6 months.

All short numbers, including the Customer Service contact numbers, *222 for consumers and *221 for business customers, will remain unchanged. The fixed line number used to contact Customer Service will be now 037202 2222, replacing the old 021302 2222.

The access number for Vodafone Romania Switchboard is now 037202 1000, and the new fax number is 037202 1001.

The new Vodafone fixed numbers, launched in May 2007, are currently used by Vodafone fixed voice services customers: Vodafone Acasa, Vodafone Office Zone, as well as by some of the companies using Vodafone integrated communications solutions.
