Vodafone Romania launches a new fixed telephony service for companies, through Vodafone Office Zone

Vodafone Romania is pleased to announce the launch of a new fixed telephony service for companies, through the Vodafone Office Zone offering. Vodafone Office Zone service is available countrywide, in all areas covered by Vodafone Romania's GSM network and uses Vodafone fixed voice numbers, having the prefix "0372", followed by other 6 figures.

Vodafone Office Zone solution enables the integration of all mobile and fixed phones within the company in a single users group, benefiting from lower tariffs for calls made between the group members, in Vodafone fixed line and mobile network. Moreover, Vodafone Office Zone offers unique benefits to business customers, like Cost Control (by calling *123#), Customer Service (*222), Vodafone Vox, the possibility to send and receive SMS's, in the national and international mobile networks, as well as in Vodafone flixed network, at the same tariffs as in the Vodafone mobile network (USD 0.07 for national SMSs, and USD 0.15 for international destinations).

Starting today, Vodafone Office Zone service is avalable to our customers at $12/month (VAT not included) for each user (SIM card) of the service within the company. With Vodafone Office Zone, business customers benefit from advantageous tariffs for national calls, mobile and fixed (the tariffs below do not include VAT):

  • For calls between the group members, Vodafone Office Zone users benefit from a $0.02/min flat tariff;
  • The on-net tariff as well as the tariff for calls to other fixed line networks is $ 0.03/min;
  • The tariff for calls to the Vodafone mobile network is charged $0.08/min;
  • Users benefit from a flat tariff of $0.12/min for the calls to other than Vodafone mobile networks.

Customers who subscribe to Vodafone Office Zone by September 30, 2007 wil benefit from the promotional offer which includes lower monthly subscription, from $12 to $8, for 3 months, as well as 50 free minutes each month, for calls in Vodafone network (mobile and fixed), for all the subscription period.

The new Vodafone fixed telephony service is available on Sagem MyH10, which is offered free of charge together with the subscription. Vodafone Office Zone activation is very simple, similar to the activation process of Vodafone Acasa service, for consumers.

Vodafone Office Zone is available starting today in all Vodafone stores and through Vodafone Romania sales representatives. Starting October 1, 2007, the Vodafone Office Zone tariffs will be converted to Euros. The new tariffs will be available on the www.vodafone.ro website, starting September 24, 2007.
