Vodafone Romania announces the launch of the personalized handset, with Gheorghe Hagi's signiture on the back cover, Sagem my411v. The handset is available in limited edition, exclusively in Vodafone distribution network.
Sagem my411v handset provides Vodafone live! Romanian users with unique content with Hagi, including pictures, exclusive videos and wallpaper.
"By launching this handset, signed by Hagi, we wished to offer our customers who love football the opportunity to get closer to one of the most admired Romanian football players of all times. This launch continues the image partnership between Vodafone Romania and Gheorghe Hagi, which included the local campaign for promoting UEFA Champions League, a competition sponsored also by Vodafone Group Plc.", said Liliana Solomon, President & Chief Executive Officer, Vodafone Romania.

Hagi's handset is distributed exclusively in all Vodafone Romania's and its partners' stores, at special prices. Sagem my411v is available without subscription contract or together with the Vodafone card, at USD 99 (VAT not included) or at prices starting with USD 10 (VAT not included), with subscription packages. The handset signed by Hagi is available to Vodafone customers by September 1st, 2007, subject to availability.
Sagem my411v handset combines a stylish exterior and small exterior with many features. It comes complete with digital camera, media player and 13 MB of memory expandable via microSD card, bluetooth.
Moreover, Vodafone launches today the "Score the Golden Goals" online game, inspired from the goals scored by Hagi along his career. The new game will be available to the football player's fans at www.vodafone.ro/hagi, for four weeks. The game invites the participants to try to score, in situations similar to those in which Hagi succeeded, in the real matches. The weekly and the final rankings will be based on participants' scores. The winners will be awarded with Sagem my411v personalized handsets and with T-shirts signed by Hagi.
