Vodafone Netherlands have been awarded a Golden Graham Award at the TelecomGala night for Best Presentation in the category Retailers. The TelecomGala is a yearly event at which all major parties of the telecom industry are present.

A total of nine retailers had been nominated. Readers of Sp!ts, Connexie and the Telegraaf could appoint the winner by voting online. Besides this, 'mystery shoppers' contributed to the judging by visiting not only the Vodafone Shops but also all other nominees.

Mark van den Blink, Head of Direct Sales Consumer at Vodafone Netherlands: "In 2007 we started with a complete restyling and refurbishment of all our Vodafone Shops, nearly 90 in total. Customer experiences on the shop floor have been very positive so far. It is very stimulating to see that our efforts and investment have now been widely recognized and rewarded by winning this Golden Graham."
