- Total voice usage of 2,313 million minutes
- Blended ARPU per month of EUR 35.3 with postpaid ARPU at EUR 54.4 and prepaid ARPU of EUR 8.7
Jens Schulte-Bockum, CEO Vodafone Netherlands: “I am very happy with these strong results. We are glad to see that putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, is rewarded and that we have - once again - outgrown the market. But, in times of crisis, our customers will expect to receive more value for money. And that’s what we will deliver. By helping businesses, for instance, to integrate and optimize their total communication needs we enable them to save time and money. And, consumers will soon be able to download free mobile internet applications for their handset via our Application Manager. By offering good deals and ‘more for less’, customer loyalty will therefore stay our focus area for the coming period.”
