Vodafone Malta has today unveiled its retail mobile shop which is the first of its kind in Malta. The mobile shop, which will have the same look and feel of a normal Vodafone retail outlet, will be used to promote the Company's products and services in all localities of Malta and Gozo. The innovative concept of extending Vodafone's retail footprint through a fully fledged mobile shop has been on the cards for a number of months and is based on the concept of reaching out to customers. This was announced at an exclusive press conference held at the Vittoriosa Regatta Club which was attended by members of the press.
"The purpose of having a mobile shop complimenting our retail channel footprint is to reach out to customers rather than waiting for customers to reach us. This innovative concept enables us to take our customer care and portfolio of products and services to the general public in places where they least expect it. We are very excited about this latest addition to Vodafone's retail channel" said Joseph Cuschieri, Head of Commercial at Vodafone Malta. "The mobile shop will be spotted all around Malta and Gozo in the coming months. Besides offering assistance on mobile products and services, the mobile shop will also provide information on Vodafone's Broadband Internet and fixed telephony services." Through Vodafone's new mobile shop, the public may enquire about top-up vouchers and starter packs, check out the latest selection of mobile phones, ask about Vodafone's Broadband Internet service, and Vodafone's new Knock-Out and Smart+ tariff plans including Wireless Push Email (WPE) and mobile broadband products.
Music lovers will have the opportunity to obtain details about tickets for this summer's hottest music events. Tickets for Joseph Calleja's 'Tribute to Pavarotti' are already available, with special discounts of 10 EUR for Music Jam Club members.
