A 24X7 kiosk for a complete Vodafone experience

Kannur, January 14, 2008: Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading cellular service providers has announced the launch of its first Self Service Kiosk in Kannur. The new kiosk is a first-of-its-kind, easy to use kiosk, with a touch screen device and will provide a 24X 7 customer service interface to all Vodafone customers. The new kiosk is at the Vodafone Store located at Caltex junction, opposite RTO Office, Kannur.

The kiosk enables customers to view and pay their bills and buy recharges. They can also activate GPRS, STD and other Vodafone services through the kiosk.

This launch in Kannur takes the strength of Self Service Kiosks in Kerala to 6. Calicut, Manjeri and Palakkad have one each while Ernakulam has 2 such kiosks.
