Now make calls anywhere in India at just Rs.1.10/min with unique dialing facilities
Kerala, November 14, 2007:Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading cellular service providers, today introduced a Calling Card available at a denomination of Rs 149 for its prepaid and postpaid customers in Kerala. This Calling Card allows customers to call any other phone at Rs 1.10/min across India without having to pay any extra security deposit.
The 149 Calling Card comes with a PINless facility wherein the customer needs to enter the 12 digit PIN just the first time that he uses it. The PIN will be automatically activated any subsequent number of times the customer chooses to use the card.

There is also a phonebook dial facility where a customer has to enter a 5 digit code before any number on his phone and save it as a new number. Whenever these particular numbers are dialed; the Calling Card rates will be automatically applicable. This saves time of entering the code each time.
With the 149 Calling Card, customers can also make ISD calls at reduced rates.

The other offers available in Kerala currently include the Gulf World Calling Card, US/Canada World Calling Card and cards of denominations like Rs.50, Rs.110 and Rs.550.
