Vodafone Greece received the "Leading Company Greece 2007" award in the Corporate Responsibility area, at the event held on Monday, March the 17th organised by Hay Group company. The award was given to Ms. Angeliki Papantoniou, Vodafone Greece Corporate Responsibility and Public Affairs Manager by Mr. Nikolaos Analytis, Chairman of the Hellenic Network for Corporate Social Responsibility.

The prize award was organised for the second time in Greece and is the result of a survey conducted by the Hay Group company in Greece. During the "Leading Companies Greece" survey, which will be repeated every year, the largest companies in Greece (whether Greek-owned or multinationals) are evaluated by the top executives from those businesses. A key issue is the "impression" these businesses leave on evaluators, regardless of objective figures and based on specific criteria (e.g. financial robustness).
