Further 20. 7% reduction by Vodafone on wholesale termination charges

Vodafone announces a further reduction by 20.69% on wholesale termination charges for calls from all telephone networks to its own network. The new reduced rates are to apply from January 1, 2009. Specifically, termination rates for calls to the mobile network of Vodafone are to be reduced from €0.0991 per minute to €0.0786 per minute, charged by the second and with no minimum charge. The new reduced rates are expected to directly benefit subscribers of fixed services with respect to calls made to Vodafone’s network.
