Hanover, 3 March 2008. Vodafone is showcasing mobile office, mobile sales, mobile services and telemetrics/M2M applications on "Application Avenue" at this year's CeBIT. These innovative solutions enable the mobile use of everyday company data or processes for companies in all kinds of industries. They also boost the efficiency of business pro-cesses, which has a positive impact on time and costs.

The applications satisfy a comprehensive range of business requirements enabling
- the mobile use of data and applications in the company network on the user's notebook or handheld,
- the viewing and update of customer data and sales documents, and stock status queries by mobile users,
- the greater efficiency of customer service personnel, engineers and service staff through the use of mobile data communications,
- the use of telemetrics & M2M applications for remote machine maintenance, meter reading or data comparisons. They can also be used for vehicle location detection and fleet management solutions.
