This continues the WebSessions value-for-money offer that Vodafone launched at CeBIT for business travellers and holidaymakers in 18 new countries.
Vodafone WebSessions is now available in Vodafone networks and Vodafone Partner networks in the following countries outside Germany: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Vodafone's WebSessions packages were designed for customers who only need occasional mobile access to their company's intranet or the internet, or people who only travel abroad infrequently. They don't need to book an additional data tariff to take advantage of the low-cost mobile online access with WebSessions. Instead, they get a specific quantity of online time at a low-cost flatrate. Online registration is simple and it can be made with a notebook in a matter of seconds. During the sessions, users can connect and disconnect as many times as they like. WebSessions – like WLAN – end automatically when the booked time is used up. Billing is made either via a CallYa account, a CallNow card, a credit card or the Vodafone mobile phone bill. User-friendly notebook software is also available for the convenient use of the product.
