Vodafone has revised its one-off charges pricelist. It has completely eliminated fifteen charges and dramatically reduced seven others. The main goal is to radically simplify customer offers.

"We want our offer to customers to be as clear as possible. For that reason, we dramatically lowered the number of one-off charges and completely eliminated the majority of them," says Martin Horčička, Director of Customer Care at Vodafone.

The most noticeable differences are the cancellation off three fees concerning tariff changes, mobile number changes and changes in data transfer settings. Until now, customers paid CZK 1 190 for them; from May, those services are available without any additional fees. The majority of customers will encounter lower fees for talking to an operator under the "On My Own" program, from the original CZK 35.70 to CZK 30. Vodafone also lowered the activation cost for SIMs in the "My Family" program from CZK 119 to CZK 100, including VAT.
