Annual Reports
Annual Reports dating back to 1989 are available to download from the Annual Reports section. You can request a printed copy of the latest Report by writing to the IR team. Unfortunately, the team does not hold a sufficient stock of historical annual reports to send printed copies of previous Reports.
20-F and 10-K
Vodafone Group Plc files its Annual Report & Accounts and Form 20-F and any other information required with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the US. Form 20-F has been combined with the Annual Report & Accounts since 31 March 2002. Form 20-F corresponds to Form 10-K.
