Arriving by car
There is no reserved parking at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre. If you intend to park in the vicinity of the Centre, please be aware that a £8.00 congestion charge applies to private vehicles entering the area (this charge is payable to Transport for London).

Registration
On arrival, shareholders should go to the shareholder registration desks in the foyer. It would greatly assist in the registration formalities if shareholders could bring their admission card to the Annual General Meeting.

Security
For your personal safety and security, there may be checks and bag searches of those attending the meeting. We recommend you arrive a little early to allow time for these procedures. Recording equipment, cameras and other items that might interfere with the good order of the meeting will not be permitted in the hall.

Asking questions
Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to the business of the meeting after the Chairman has proposed the first Resolution. In the refreshment room (the Pickwick Suite), before and after the meeting, there will be a designated Customer Service area for shareholders who have questions which relate to them as customers. In addition, there will be a Shareholder Help desk to deal with any administrative enquiries that shareholders may have regarding their shareholding.

Shareholders with special needs
To the east of the main entrance to The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre there is an in-built ramp for wheelchair access.

Both the Churchill Auditorium (the Annual General Meeting room) and the Pickwick Suite (where refreshments will be served before and after the Meeting) can be accessed without the need to use stairs.

There are toilets for people in wheelchairs on the ground, second, third and fifth floors of the Conference Centre.

There are payphones on the ground floor that are easily accessible to disabled shareholders and they have induction loops for those with hearing difficulties.
