- The Chairman and the Chief Executive will each make statements to shareholders on the Company's performance and results for the year ended 31 March 2008.
- Shareholders will have an opportunity to ask questions of the Chairman and the other members of the Board on any item of business for the meeting.
- Shareholders will be invited to cast their votes in the poll on each of the resolutions.
