User Experience lies at the forefront of Vodafone’s business, and the driving force behind that is the specialists making up our global UE team. It is both dynamic and international in nature, comprised of industry-shaping experts from at least 10 different countries, split between our London, Düsseldorf and Hong Kong offices, and boasting four of Vodafone’s top 10 inventors.
We are split into four separate but integral hubs, each with its own area of expertise and focus, working ‘top down’ to drive new user-led concepts through to market while ensuring high-quality user experience on projects driven by other areas of the business.
We are intrigued and proactive: seeking and sharing inspiration, experience and interests as we develop concepts with other team members. Our working environment is always fun but serious, rebellious but righteous, vibrant, visionary and diverse, with a passion for putting the customer first in all we do.
