Job purpose:
The effective management of the General Ledger Accounting team and the ongoing team performance management to ensure the effective operation of business processes and adherence to pre-defined Service Level Agreements The general Ledger team will perform assigned General Accounting and Control transaction processing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures, including:
- Month-end reporting
- Reconciliation of sub ledger and external systems to general ledger
- Posting of general ledger journals
- Posting to general ledger of files produced by external systems e.g. billing, HR

Key skills / Performance drivers:
- Finance degree
- 2+ years experience with Supervisory Skills within General Ledger Accounting
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Ability to lead a high performing team
- Fluent English language
- SAP, Hyperion, ACCA
