The origin of the products we sell matters to us – and to our customers. We want to know where they come from, how they are made, and whether the companies we do business with share our commitment to behaving ethically, respecting the environment and treating employees fairly.

Choosing our suppliers carefully means our customers can feel confident in signing up to Vodafone. By working closely with suppliers we protect our reputation and help to maintain a reliable and high-quality supply of goods and services.

We will develop joint CO₂ reduction strategies with three major suppliers by 2010.

We continue to work closely with suppliers to develop more energy efficient network equipment and cut the carbon footprint of our handsets and devices.
