Our Nuisance Caller Bureau is there to tackle the problem of annoying or distressing nuisance calls. If we hear that a customer is having problems, we can, with the customer’s express permission, supply the mobile phone call data directly to the police. The Nuisance Caller Bureau will also advise the customer about measures they can take to prevent problems in the future.
Concerned customers should call the Bureau on 08080 996740 or Vodafone Customer Services on 191 on the Vodafone network, or 08700 700191.
We also plan to launch a content and call control app which makes it possible to block certain numbers.
