We want everyone to be able to benefit from mobile services including customers who are elderly or disabled. We provide specialist products and have a team of customer service agents trained to help customers with disabilities get the most from Vodafone.
We’re pleased that the number of complaints we received from customers halved in 2010/11. But we know there’s still more we can do. We conduct research regularly to help us understand what our customers want and to keep improving.
