Being a responsible business is part of everything we do – from the products and services we sell to the way we treat our customers, employees and the environment. It involves everyone at Vodafone UK.
Our Business Principles (PDF 3.1Mb) and CR policies help all our employees understand what being a responsible business means to us and how to apply our principles in their work.
We set targets to keep us focused and collect data so we can monitor our performance and improve where necessary. Some targets are set by Vodafone Group and apply to Vodafone companies around the world. Others are UK-specific. Find out how we’re doing in the progress against commitments section.
Our corporate responsibility team works with colleagues across the business to put our plans into action.
As well as our employees, we talk to customers, investors, suppliers, regulators, communities and many other stakeholders as part of our day-to-day business to help us better understand customer attitudes to responsible business issues (see responding to feedback).
