Across the UK, charities are working to improve the lives of individuals, and to benefit communities and the environment.
We use our technology and donate time and money to support their work as well as helping our customers and employees get involved in the causes they care about.
This year we launched JustTextGiving – a new service that makes it easier for charities big or small to receive donations via text message. Our World of Difference programme has changed the lives of 1,000 winners since it was launched two years ago. And it has given more than 800 charities across the UK access to the skills, resources and enthusiasm that are vital to the work they do.
We contributed more than £4.6 million to good causes in the UK in 2010/11 of which £4 million was given through the Vodafone Foundation.
