AGM 2011 - meeting proceedings

The Chairman and the Chief Executive will each make statements to shareholders on the Company's performance and results for the year ended 31 March 2011.

Shareholders will have an opportunity to ask questions of the Chairman and the other members of the Board.

Shareholders will be invited to cast their votes in the poll on each of the resolutions.
